Do not buy from this company, They ripped me off for $2000. I ordered 2000 worth of epoxy and only received 1 package out od 5 packages that i was expecting. On their end and on the tracking it said it was delivered. I never received the other 4 packages. I was asking and dealing on trying to get a hold of. the seller and had no luck. Temu customer service assisted me but still did not receive my refund for the amount. I was partially refunded 750. They still owe me 1600. I have been trying for a month now and they refuse to give me the rest of my money. I lost business and my money for the epoxy I never received. I have proof from my security camera of the delivery. I tried to get my bank to refund me as well and since the merchant told them that i received the packeage my bank denied my claim. I want to warn everybody that this company is shady and theives. They kept 1600 of my money and i only got 4 boxes of epoxy out of 16 that i paid $2000 for. DONT BUY FROM THEM!!!! DONT GET ROBBED LIKE I DID
Received wrong product refund promised but no refund issued for difference in price, it has been a week, shop elsewhere otherwise great product
I ordered the largest bottle of UV Resin & I received the wrong size bottle (smallest) I sent an email the same day; no response. Sent a followup email, no response. I sent 2 messages directly from the website, no response. I sent another email after that, no response. There's no phone number available to call so I'm left with less product than I paid for. I dont like leaving bad reviews however I'm hoping this will be seen & I'll get contacted and this gets made right. Then, I'll delete the review.
Was sent the incorrect items and am still awaiting a response to find out how this issue can be rectified.

I reached put to the company when I ran into my first batch that was bad. They basically convinced me that it was impossible and my fault in one way or another. I am a pretty experienced wood worker and probably bought from them about 15 times now. I just had a second batch that was bad and I know for certain my mix was perfect. I probably need to toss the wood now, the epoxy and figure out a way to clean my forms that are covered in epoxy that won't cure.
